Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Breakfast Loaf

One of my favorite things about the holidays are waking up in the morning to a nice breakfast loaf. As a kid on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning, this was a staple in our home.

This is a twist on that morning classic in my house with a Apple cinnamon cranberry breakfast loaf!

To make things easier , I used Krusteaz Cranberry Orange bread mix as my base, then added some cinnamon, and fresh sliced apple on top to give it a nice little twist. Super simple, but super delicious!

Easy prep and no-brainer cooking in the oven? That’s exactly how my Thanksgiving morning needs to be, before my coffee sets in.

This breakfast loaf is exactly what I remember as a child. Eating a slice along with some eggs and bacon, watching the football game with my dad on Thanksgiving morning. Its such an easy way to get the family fed while you’re preparing the big feast.
