Grilled broccoli in a skillet with butter, garlic and a little salt and pepper, bold smokey flavor with a little crunch. makes an excellent side to any dish
Cut off the stem from the broccoli, but down any large pieces to the size that you like and place in the skillet.
Chop up the garlic and place the butter in the skillet.
Place the skillet on the grill and cover. Once the butter is melted give it a quick stir.
After about 5 minutes, add in the salt and pepper, stir and let cook for another 5 minutes or so. Just long enough so that your broccoli gets charred and most of the butter is gone.
