Scramble eggs in a bowl with milk and salt until well mixed; set aside.
Heat up a waffle iron on medium high heat. Add about 1/4 cup of egg mix, with a good handful of stuffing. (a little bacon or ham if you have some too). and a handful of cheese. top with another 1/4 cup of egg mixture, or as much as your waffle iron can take before over flowing.
Cook about 1 to 2 minutes until eggs are thoroughly cooked. With a spatula, cut the waffle into fours then remove from the iron. Spray with oil and repeat until desired quantity of frittata waffles are cooked. Enjoy!
