In a bowl, combine ground lamb, mint, dill, cumin, coriander, salt and garlic. Try not to over mix to keep the texture from becoming the consistency of meatloaf! Form into 4 patties.
With your grill preheated to medium high heat, place your patties on the grates, and flip after about 3-5 minutes per side. Cook until internal temperature is 160F.
Slather your bun with tzatziki, and garnish with spring salad mix, tomato and cucumber. Enjoy!
