Kale Chips are so easy to make, and a great snack to munch on without the guilt. Easily one of my new favorite snacks!

Ingredients

kale

olive oil

kosher salt

ground cumin

red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275 F. Cut main rib away from kale, then cut kale into 1 inch pieces.
Place kale in a bowl with olive oil and evenly coat, massaging oil into kale leaves.
Place kale onto a baking sheet, then season with salt, cumin, and red pepper flakes
Bake for about 20 minutes until leaves are crisp. Enjoy!
