In a saucepan at medium heat, bring honey and water to a boil, stirring frequently so that the honey dissolves into the water.
While the water is coming to a boil, cut a mango against the core, slice into cubes against the skin, then scoop out the mango cubes with a spoon.
Add the cranberries into the pan, and bring back to a boil.
After about 2-3 minutes add the mango
Let it cook down for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and serve, or place in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
