egg whites
pastuerized

peanut butter

apple

tbsp
avocado

cups
baby spinach
2
cups
ice
Instructions
Add your egg whites
Add Apple, peanut butter and avocado
Add about 1-2 cups of spinach, more or less, just a good amount! Blend for about 1 minute
Add in your ice, then blend for anouther 2-3 minutes until blended down to the consistency of your liking.
Serve and Enjoy!
